Experience - Minimum 5 years of post qualification experience

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and filing of federal, state, local, and international tax returns.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize liabilities and ensure compliance.
- Conduct research on tax laws and regulations, staying updated on changes.
- Manage tax audits and collaborate with auditors.
- Provide guidance to junior tax staff and assist in their professional development.
- Prepare detailed reports on the company's tax situation for senior management.
- Advise management on the impact of new tax laws and regulations.
- Manage direct tax compliance, including preparation and filing of income tax returns.
- Handle tax assessments, notices, and litigation with tax authorities.
