🚨 We’re Hiring | Tax Associate 🚨
We are looking for a Tax Associate to join our growing tax and regulatory practice. If you are passionate about Direct Tax, Transfer Pricing, Tax Compliance, and Advisory services, this opportunity is for you.
📍 Location: Gurgaon
💼 Position: Tax Associate
🕒 Experience: 0–3 years
🎓 Qualification: CA / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) / B.Com / M.Com
Key Responsibilities- Preparation and review of Income Tax Returns (ITR)
- Preparation of tax computations and tax workings
- Assistance in Tax Audit report review
- Working on Transfer Pricing documentation and Form 3CEB
- Support in TP assessments, notices, and litigation matters
- Research on Income Tax Act, Transfer Pricing regulations, and FEMA
- Preparation of client proposals, fee quotations, and advisory notes
- Coordination with clients for financial data and tax submissions
- Assistance in country-by-country reporting and other regulatory filings
Skills Required- Strong knowledge of Direct Tax and Transfer Pricing
- Good drafting and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis
- Ability to interpret tax laws and case laws
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Attention to detail and deadline management
