Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tax Accountant based in Ahmedabad. The role involves preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring tax compliance, preparing financial statements, and maintaining accurate accounting records. The Tax Accountant will collaborate closely with clients to understand and meet their tax-related needs, staying updated on tax laws and applying them to deliver efficient, high-quality solutions. There will be a focus on leveraging technology and following established processes to enhance accuracy and productivity.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Tax Compliance, Tax Preparation, and general Tax processes
- Strong skills in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
- In-depth knowledge of Accounting principles and best practices
- Familiarity with platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software is an advantage
- Understanding of US GAAP and current tax regulations
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certifications like CPA or equivalent are a plus

* UltraTax CS (Preferred)
* Microsoft Excel
* QBO, Xero
