About the role

Tavus is looking for a scrappy, data-driven growth guru to help us identify and tackle the biggest levers for driving revenue. This is a highly cross-functional, generalist role where you'll run experiments, dig into blockers, and work across the company to push key metrics forward—whether that means launching a new onboarding flow, tweaking pricing, or spinning up a brand-new growth initiative from scratch. Your Mission 🚀 Identify and execute on new growth opportunities across product and marketing Build and optimize onboarding flows, activation loops, and referral systems Test performance across different acquisition channels (paid, SEO, content, product-led, etc.) Own funnel analytics and experiment tracking Collaborate with product and engineering to launch rapid experiments Help build the growth infrastructure: tools, systems, and processes
