About the role

Conduct site inspections for materials, workmanship, construction processes & QA/QC system.

Ensure work aligns with approved construction drawings, specifications, contract documents and ISO.

Identify quality defects, deviations, and non-conformities in materials or workmanship & Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective actions are taken.

Review of Manufacturer’s Test Certificate (MTC) of cement, rebar & other construction material received at site.

Maintain detailed quality reports, test results, and daily inspection records including certificate, calibration, test reports, MTCs, inspection request, NCR report and site instruction, site observation and other QA/QC documents

Conduct monthly meetings with Site in charge, PM, Site staff and contractors to (1) fix role and responsibilities of individual (2) to escalate quality issues (3) to reward good performers

Prepare quality reports, presentations, and technical bulletin and send them to RO coordinator and other designated personnel at decided frequency.

Liaising with Client on technical issues of site with relevant codes and standard.
