About the role

To plan, organize, coordinate, implementation, monitoring & review of safety procedures and programmes for prevention of Personal injuries, Property damage and Loss of materials in order to maintain safe working environment and to enhance productivity of the Unit. Provide the Commercial entities (Warehouses, commercial vehicle workshops, offices etc.) with functional guidance and technical expertise on SHE related aspects. Develop and deliver policies, procedures, training, communications, and educational materials to promote increased understanding, appreciation and adherence to safe operating practices throughout the workplace to ensure compliance with TML standards and regulatory requirements. Support effective governance of the SHE Management system at the different entities Maintain Safety Portal for logging incidents and for implementation of TML Safety Standard's. Circulate Communication and follow up on implementation of Horizontal deployment of various recommendations Impart training safety trainings to various businesses on regular basis.
