About the role

Purpose of the RoleTo provides PV warranty system support and daily warranty claim management. Responsible for regular warranty claims settlement in system, Warranty system master data management related to claims. Resolution of field warranty claim related issues. Acceptance of correct claims as per the warranty criteria. Responsible for overall PV warranty claim acceptance in system.Job ResponsibilityPV vehicle Warranty claim acceptance in system – timely without pendency Master Data Management (Fail/Job Code/Model/FSB Rate/etc. masters updation)Monthly MIS, Tracking of specific claims till closureResolution of field warranty claim related issues.
