Head of Vendor Management & Customer

Responsibilities: - Manage vendor performance and relationships - Ensure timely delivery of services/products from vendors - Address any escalations or issues related to vendors - Coordinate with internal teams to understand their requirements and ensure vendor alignment - Monitor and improve vendor KPIs - Develop vendor governance framework and implement best practices Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in vendor management or supply chain management - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Proficient in project management tools and techniques - Experience in managing global vendor/supplier network - Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain best practices
