About the role

Responsibilities: - Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for Tata Motors dealerships, including lead management, test drive bookings, and customer interactions. - Coordinate with dealerships to ensure timely response to customer queries and grievances. - Analyze customer data and provide insights to improve customer experience and sales. - Assist in developing and implementing CRM strategies and policies. - Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2-5 years of experience in a CRM or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in customer relationship management software and data analysis tools. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
