- Cost of poor quality & wastage reduction: Tracking Cost of poor quality, reporting on regular basis
Customer Service
- Take part in the RCA process, executing the corrective actions.
- Responsible to coordinate with other functions like Production, HR, Stores, HR etc to ensure the activities are completed on time.
Internal Processes
- Preparations of Batches and ensuring Traceability.
- Daily reporting of Quality KPI.
- Responsible for ensuring food safety systems are in place.
- Responsible for GMP and GHP in the unit.
- Supporting the team during the audits.
- Ensuring and conducting internal quality audits and closure of action points derived.
- Ensures compliances during External Audit Management system.
- Responsible for co-coordinating with customer departments like procurement, production for cross functional activities.
- Responsible for quality testing of RM, PM and FG and release of the same.
- Calibration of quality related instruments.
- Responsible for SAP related activities in process quality function.
Innovation and Learning
- Conducting training to the shop floor team on the process, GMP and Food safety.
- Responsible to develop and sustain Food Safety culture.
