KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Environmental Assessment & Compliance
- Carry out Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA / EA) and Environmental Due Diligence (EDD) studies.
- Conduct environmental monitoring and audits in accordance with regulatory and project requirements.
- Support environmental compliance management, including consent conditions and statutory obligations.
- Identify key environmental risks and recommend mitigation measures across project life cycles.

Water, Waste & Infrastructure Advisory
- Provide technical inputs related to:
- Water supply and conservation
- Wastewater treatment and sewerage systems
- Waste management (solid and hazardous waste)
- Stormwater drainage and flood management
- Coordinate with hydrology, wet infrastructure, and MEP teams to ensure environmentally compliant solutions.

ESG & Climate Change (Preferred)
- Support ESG assessments, sustainability reporting, and climate‑related studies.
- Assist in integrating climate change, resilience, and environmental sustainability considerations into project planning.
- Contribute to alignment with ESG frameworks and sustainability benchmarks where applicable.

Regulations, Standards & Best Practices
- Ensure compliance with relevant environmental laws, regulations, and guidelines at central, state, and local levels.
- Keep updated on evolving environmental policies, ESG norms, and sustainability best practices.

Client Interaction & Communication
- Perform a client‑facing technical role, leading discussions on environmental and sustainability matters.
- Prepare high‑quality technical reports, environmental statements, and compliance documentation.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations for clients, authorities, and internal stakeholders.
- Communicate complex environmental concepts clearly and effectively.
Project Delivery & Coordination
- Coordinate with multi‑disciplinary internal teams for integrated project delivery.
- Support timely and quality execution of environmental assignments.
- Participate in site visits and meetings as required.
