Extremely detail-oriented approachwith strong analytical skills Extensive understanding of Digitalmarketing business practices especially loyalty marketing. Extremely proficient in in-productmarketing. Knowledge of end-to-end campaignmanagement processes. Excellent technical &analytical skills with strong business acumen across data, platform andtechnology Previous experience working withMicrosoft Rewards or any Microsoft Loyalty Management Project is a must. Passion to drive improvement in theoverall customer experience. Experience working across multipleagencies/stakeholders and cross geo teams. Savvy with business requirementsand translate into marketing operations tactics. Intermediate SQL skills and abilityto query multiple data sources for debugging and troubleshooting. Familiar withproject management tracking tools like, ADO, Click up, Workfront, Jira, etc. Roles & Responsibilities: Hands-on coordination and executionof loyalty marketing programs, including ownership of the strategy, data,build, and deployment of various marketing programs, including validation andtesting. Ability to perform and support all marketing campaign efforts,including segmentation, HTML production/testing, and quality assurance of alloutbound campaigns across email and in-product channels. Manage all technical aspects ofmarketing automation and CRM integration and communication issues and technicalroadblocks effectively. Partner with engineering teams toensure the smooth implementation of technical requirements, including managingnew data requirements and rationalizing the campaign roadmap. Coordinate with various teamsincluding partners, design, editorial and RM to drive execution as pertimelines agreed on the marketing calendar. Liaise with external agencies andvendors as needed to support project execution. Kick-off and drive strategicinitiatives with cross-functional teams and oversee business caseprioritization, timelines, and execution. Provide best practice oversight andassistance in design and set up of automated marketing campaigns, reportingthroughout th e loyalty program using reporting platforms and improve processesacross platforms. Collaborate with other teams(agencies & data) to maximize available resources for client support andsuccessful outcomes. Track the ongoing progress ofprojects and deliver timely updates to stakeholders. Manage all technical aspects ofmarketing automation and CRM integration. Communication issues and technicalroadblocks effectively Be knowledgeable about DigitalMarketing with the best practices, technologies and trends. CAN-SPAM bestpractices and GDPR compliance are followed. Monitor internal testing resultsand industry best practices. Integrate learning to ensure optimal results,improved deliverability, and compliance around permission-based marketing Monitor daily campaigndeliverability, ensuring a high inbox success rate for all campaigns. Leverage campaign management bestpractices to optimize campaign performance, including techniques like A/B ormultivariate testing, personalization, and segmentation. Work with engineering partners tomanage new data requirements, and rationalize the campaign roadmap accordingly Identify and propose new ideas andstrategies to improve the program. Support the development of newprogram features and initiatives.
