Offer Management: Negotiating job offers, onboarding new hires, and handling pre-employment formalities. Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and execute hiring plans. Employer Branding: Enhancing TCS's presence in job markets and improving candidate engagement. Compliance and Documentation: Ensuring adherence to company policies, labor laws, and maintaining hiring records.
