First of all Congrats, I was also in Tech BU for some time so i think i can answer your questions :P Scope Depends on the skill set you get Trained,There are many kind of projects In Tech BU such as Erricsson,Cisco etc you may get Development or support or testing depending on your performance and Luck also. Location Of ILP can be anywhere among these cities like hyderabad, ahmedabad,chennai,trivandrum,nagpur(very rarely u will get this) Hope this will be helpfull.
