About the role
The role is 100% remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and validate designs.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement and iterate on design solutions.
Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across platforms.
Analyze user feedback and activity to iterate and improve the user experience.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in UI/UX.
Prototype dynamic experiences to demonstrate end to end journeys involving Call-To-Actions, drop downs, filters and other UI elements.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design or related field (or equivalent experience).
1–3+ years of experience in UI/UX design or a similar role.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design process.
Understanding of responsive design, interaction design principles, and user-centered design.
Ability to communicate design ideas clearly through visuals and presentations.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Familiarity with design systems (e.g., Material Design, Apple HIG).
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
Motion design or animation tools like After Effects or Lottie.
Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
