About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank and Inter BU reconciliations
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and coordination with BU and external auditors
- Prepare and Review journal entries, accruals, provisions, and reconciliations for accuracy and completeness
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Co-ordinate with other BU’s for smooth accounting operations
- Implement and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Proficient in SAP, MS office tools , knowledge of Power BI, Tableau will be an added advantage
- Should be able to contribute in process efficiency and automations
- Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting
