Job Title: FPGA Design Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled FPGA Design Engineer with hands-on experience in RTL design, simulation, and hardware validation. The role involves developing FPGA-based solutions for test systems and embedded platforms, including high-speed interfaces and real-time data processing.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong experience in FPGA design using Verilog / VHDL
- Good understanding of digital design fundamentals (timing, clock domains, state machines)
- Experience with FPGA tools (Xilinx Vivado / Intel Quartus or equivalent)
- Hands-on experience in:
- RTL design, simulation, and synthesis
- Timing analysis and closure
- Testbench development and functional verification
- Experience with interfaces:
- SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet (must-have)
- High-speed interfaces (LVDS, DDR, SERDES – basic knowledge preferred)
- PCIe (added advantage)
- Experience with:
- ADC/DAC interfacing and data acquisition systems
- Memory interfaces (DDR3/DDR4 basics)
- Clocking resources (PLL, MMCM, clock domain crossing)
- Familiarity with:
- Embedded processors (MicroBlaze / Nios / ARM-based SoC FPGA)
- Hardware debugging tools (ILA/SignalTap, logic analyzer, oscilloscope)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and develop FPGA RTL for test and embedded systems
- Perform simulation, synthesis, and timing closure
- Develop and execute testbenches for functional verification
- Debug and validate designs on hardware
- Collaborate with hardware, PCB, and GUI teams
- Document design, test results, and revisions
Qualification:
- BE / BTech in Electronics, Electrical, or related field
