About the Role In this role, you will evaluate the performance of AI agents across finance-sector tasks, uncovering failure patterns and translating findings into actionable improvements for design, benchmarking, and scoring models. Your work will directly impact the design of prompts, rubrics, templates, datasets, and task frameworks that shape the next generation of AI evaluation. Every analysis you deliver will support a core mission: ensuring that AI systems perform accurately, consistently, and fairly on tasks that matter in the real world. Key Responsibilities As a member of our analytics function, you will: Conduct statistical failure analysis to detect recurring patterns in AI agent performance across prompts, rubrics, templates, datasets, and file types. Explore root causes of errors in task execution, dataset complexity, prompt design, or evaluation logic. Perform multi-dimensional analysis across finance sub-domains, task types, scoring categories, and input structures. Build dashboards, visualizations, and recurring reports to surface performance trends, quality risks, and opportunity areas. Quantify the impact of framework changes and recommend improvements to enhance agent accuracy and benchmarking consistency. Collaborate with quality, product, and engineering stakeholders to refine task design, evaluation rubrics, and scoring metrics. Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations, ensuring insights lead to measurable system improvements. Your success will be visible in the reduction of recurring failure patterns, better understanding of failure drivers, and continuous enhancement of evaluation methods used across the Taskify AI platform.
