TASC Relationship Manager (Retail Institutional Clients)
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to join our team in the TASC (Trusts, Associations, Societies & Clubs) segment.
Location _ Chennai , Hyderabad ,Bengaluru
š¹ Role Purpose
To engage and manage Retail Institutional clients such as Trusts, Societies, Clubs, Associations, and Section 8 companies while driving business growth and delivering exceptional banking solutions.
š¹ Key Responsibilities
ā¢ā ā Acquire New-to-Bank (NTB) TASC customers in collaboration with Cluster Head and branches
ā¢ā ā Identify market opportunities and drive institutional client acquisition
ā¢ā ā Build and nurture strong client relationships with a focus on cross-selling digital and banking solutions
ā¢ā ā Ensure timely and compliant delivery of products and services
ā¢ā ā Support branch teams through training on products, processes, and KYC; conduct joint customer meetings
ā¢ā ā Enhance customer experience by recommending process and product improvements
ā¢ā ā Coordinate with internal teams to deliver best-in-class service
ā¢ā ā Participate in marketing events and conferences for business development
š¹ Eligibility
ā¢ā ā Graduate / Post Graduate
ā¢ā ā 3ā4 years of experience in TASC segment with a commercial bank
š¹ Key Skills
ā¢ā ā Strong knowledge of banking products and regulatory norms
ā¢ā ā Excellent communication skills (English + local language)
ā¢ā ā Ability to manage complex client requirements
ā¢ā ā Target-driven with strong relationship management skills
ā¢ā ā Existing client connects will be an added advantage
