Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a TASC (Trusts, Associations, Societies, and Clubs) Relationship Manager based in Kolkata. The individual will manage relationships with a diverse portfolio of institutional clients, provide tailored financial solutions, ensure client satisfaction, and identify growth opportunities. The role involves nurturing long-term partnerships, performing regular account reviews, and ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory guidelines. The TASC Relationship Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and deliver impactful and efficient client-focused services.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management, communication, and client engagement skills
- Experience in financial analysis, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance within banking or financial services
- Proficiency in account management, client portfolio handling, and financial product knowledge
- Ability to execute strategic planning and deliver business growth objectives
- Problem-solving aptitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with financial software tools
- Prior experience in handling TASC segment clients is preferred
