Working Days: Work from office - 6 days a week (2nd & 4th Sat off)
Required skill set
- Ability to handle multiple tariff and regulatory assignments simultaneously and deliver outputs within a structured, deadline-driven consulting or utility environment.
- Strong hands-on experience in financial and tariff modelling specific to the power sector, including ARR, MYT, True-up and tariff design.
- Should possess hands-on experience in working on policy, regulations, regulatory due diligence, Fuel cost related analysis etc. for Govt./ Private power utilities.
- Should have assisted multiple power sector clients such as Electricity Regulatory Commissions, Government & Private Power Utilities, electricity consumer associations etc.
- Should stay well-informed about the latest trends and developments in the power sector regulatory landscape, including new policy notifications, amendments to the Electricity Act, and emerging regulations.
- Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Should demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Must have a proven ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Should be proficient in data analysis and adept at using presentation tools.
