About the role
As an Executive Team Leader - Human Resources, you'll be a key member of the store leadership team, partnering with the Store Director and other Executive Team Leaders to drive store performance and lead a team of HR professionals. You'll be responsible for overseeing all HR functions in the store, including talent acquisition, employee relations, learning and development, total rewards, and compliance. You'll also play a critical role in building a positive, inclusive work environment and developing future retail leaders.
