About the role
We are seeking an experienced Infor M3 Functional Consultant with expertise in the Sales module, Equipment Rental, and Maintenance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 implementation experiences, with strong knowledge of Infor M3 Sales, customer order processing, and contract lifecycle management (CLM). You will be responsible for configuring Infor M3 as per business requirements, preparing functional specifications, and ensuring successful integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and implement the Infor M3 Sales module as per the customer’s requirements.
Provide expertise in customer order processing, sales pricing, blanket agreements, and sales conditions.
Work on bulk agreements, bonuses, and commissions configurations.
Implement and configure Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions.
Perform master setups, key parameter configurations, and customer delivery scheduling in Infor M3.
Prepare detailed functional specifications and test scripts for implementations.
Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth integration of ION, APIs, and other related technologies.
Ensure best practices for Cloud Suite and IA methodology are followed during implementations.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Infor M3 implementation.
At least 2 implementation experiences in Sales and Equipment Rental/Maintenance domains.
