About the role
The Online Content Coordinator owns the online content calendar and strategy for Coach and Kate Spade New York UK & EU sites, ensuring content is reflective of the brands, current priorities, and drives trade initiatives and the onsite customer experience.
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Ecommerce to:
Own the UK & EU online content calendar and strategy for Coach and Kate Spade, sharing weekly content performance reports, content analysis and A/B testing
Proactively manage the timeline for online content, ensuring the timely delivery of information/assets from all key stakeholders
Manage the briefing and sign-off process for online content, partnering with Buying, Merchandising, Performance Marketing, Web Production & Creative teams
Add site specific localisation to all briefs and content requests
Ensure UK & EU site content supports product investment per season as well as key commercial events/campaigns
Partner with E-commerce Merchandisers to review weekly trade and ensure content supports trade needs
Attend weekly E-commerce team meetings to share insights on content performance
Partner with the Content & Production Manager & Senior Web Production Coordinator and support the production of content across UK & EU sites
The accomplished individual will possess:
Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in an e-commerce or digital focused role
Passionate about digital marketing and e-commerce, staying up to date on the latest trends, technologies and best practices
Experience using Google Analytics to measure and analyse site performance and user behaviour
Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and a strong sense of urgency
Strong problem-solving skills, proactive and takes initiative
Highly analytical and confident using Excel for data manipulation
Commercial and results driven mindset
Strong organisation, communication and presenting skills
Able to work autonomously and as a strong team player
Ability to act quickly and efficiently to last minute requests and changes
An outstanding professional will have:
Experience using e-commerce platforms and tools including Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Amplience, Figma and Photoshop
Project management experience
