</li>
<li>Follow up on 30–40 existing opportunities from previous days<br><br>
</li>
<li>Handle approximately 10 incoming customer calls<br><br>
</li>
<li>Service existing customers and solve problems<br><br>
</li>
<li>Identify coverage gaps and uncover additional needs<br><br>
</li>
<li>Educate customers on risks and protection options<br><br>
</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong customer relationships<br><br>
</li>
<li>Help customers make confident insurance decisions<br><br>
</li>
