Location: Chennai/Bengaluru/Kochi

Desired Competencies
- 5+ years of experience in endpoint management, EUC operations, or datacenter operations.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Tanium modules related to device management, patching, compliance, or vulnerability management.
- 3+ years of experience in creating and deploying applications, patches and in-place OS upgrades to servers and workstations.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems, registry, services, and command-line tools.
- Strong knowledge of windows installer file types – .msix, .msi, .exe etc. and application packaging.
- Experience in remediating deployment and patch failures, log analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with automation using Tanium Connect, Interact, Deploy, or scripting (PowerShell / Bash).
- Familiarity with SCCM, Intune, JAMF, or other EUC/MECM technologies.
- Good understanding of ITIL, configuration management, and change management processes.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues across large endpoint environments.
- Strong documentation, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
