Role: Tanium Administrator
Location: Pan India
long term contract
Key Role & responsibilities
• Platform Maintenance: Monitor
and maintain Tanium infrastructure,
including server health, module
updates, and client connectivity.
• Module Administration: Configure
and operate modules such as Tanium
Core, Patch, Deploy, Discover,
Asset, and Comply.
• Security and Compliance: Perform
vulnerability scanning, patch
management, and threat detection.
• RBAC Management: Manage Role-
Based Access Control (RBAC),
including User Groups, Personas,
Content Sets, and Computer Groups.
• Content Development: Develop
custom sensors and packages to
support operational and security
needs.
• Troubleshooting: Analyze and
resolve client-side and server-side
connectivity issues.
• Reporting: Generate dashboards and
reports for endpoint visibility and
compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience with network protocols,
firewalls, and operating systems
(Windows, Linux).
• Proficiency in scripting (e.g.,
PowerShell, Python) for creating
custom sensors.
• Ability to manage complex
deployments in large enterprise
environments.
• Tanium Certified Operator or
Administrator is often preferred.
