Our Development Management service covers planning applications, enforcement, the Community Infrastructure Levy, Section 106 monitoring, Local Land Charges, Street Naming and Numbering and the Geographical Information System. Our Planning Policy Team ensures the Council has robust and up to date planning policies to guide and manage new development and infrastructure. This includes statutory plans such as the Local Plan.
