Operations Specialist

The Operations Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our business. You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including data analysis, process improvement, and general office administration. This is a fantastic opportunity to get exposure to the inner workings of a fast-growing startup and develop a broad set of skills. What You'll Do: - Assist with financial and operational reporting, including preparing key dashboards and analyses - Support the operations team with projects and initiatives to streamline workflows and drive process improvements - Provide administrative support, including coordinating meetings, scheduling, managing vendor relationships, and more - Contribute to special projects as needed, such as supporting new product launches or business expansion efforts - Be a true utility player - you'll wear many hats and jump in where needed to support the team What We're Looking For: - 1-3 years of relevant work experience, ideally in an operations, finance, or administrative role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive insights - Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn - Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and project management tools - Bonus: familiarity with Airtable, Asana, or other workflow tools - Bonus: prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment
