About the role

Responsibilities: Provides technical support via telephone, email, online chat, or in-person for end-users by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues. Responds to incoming support requests in a timely manner and escalates issues to the appropriate department or team when necessary. Documents all support interactions and resolutions in the IT ticketing system. Requirements: Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. At least 1-2 years of experience in an IT Help Desk or technical support role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with end-users. Knowledge of common desktop operating systems, software applications, hardware, and network troubleshooting. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
