We are looking for dynamic candidates for a Tamil Voice Process role for the Chennai Metro Rail Limited project. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to handle customer interactions professionally and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
* Resolve customer queries, concerns and complaints effectively
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
* Follow company processes and quality standards during calls
* Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and escalation
* Meet daily productivity and performance targets
* Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
* Minimum 1 year of experience in Voice Process / Customer Support
* Strong verbal communication skills in English and regional languages preferred
* Good listening and problem-solving abilities
* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office
* Ability to work in rotational shifts if required
* Immediate joiners preferred
