Experience: 0–2 Years (Tele sales / Customer Service preferred)
About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Tamil Telesales Executive to join our growing team in Mohali. The ideal candidate must have excellent spoken Tamil and English and be comfortable engaging with customers over calls for sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management for our UK operations.
This role requires strong communication skills, confidence in handling outbound calls, and the ability to build trust with customers while achieving sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Fluency in Tamil (mandatory) – spoken and written.
- Good command of English for professional communication.
- Prior telesales, telemarketing, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Comfortable working in UK shift timings.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
