Role Description
The Tamil Sales Project Manager will oversee and coordinate end-to-end project activities to ensure successful delivery in alignment with business objectives. The individual will manage customer relationships, ensure timely project completion, and drive sales activities to meet revenue targets. Key responsibilities include facilitating seamless communication with clients, leading sales strategies, analyzing project performance, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Puducherry.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Project Coordination and strong organizational abilities
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess project risks and performance
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills in Tamil and English
- Experience in Sales and client management, with a results-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, or a related field
- Ability to handle multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving capabilities
- Familiarity with digital or mobile app technology is an advantage
