Job Mode – Permanent Remote Job Location – Remote / Anywhere In India Relevant Experience - 5+ years relevant Job Type - Contract (3 Months) We need an immediate joiner for this role. Budget : OPEN Experience Required : 10+ years. Please note : Candidate must have Insider experience + should be able to do Discovery, Architecture and Design independently. We need immediate joiner + profiles to be shared on priority. This role will lead the Insider platform implementation, working closely with stakeholders across marketing, digital, and technology functions to drive discovery, define the roadmap, manage integrations, and ensure successful deployment. Serve as the Insider platform expert and project lead, responsible for managing all phases of the implementation. Run stakeholder discovery sessions to identify goals, personalization use cases, and target journeys. Build and maintain a detailed project plan, timeline, and communication cadence. Collaborate with Client's internal teams and Insider's solution engineers for technical setup and integration. Support integration across web/mobile SDKs, CRM, ESP, and analytics tools. Oversee campaign configurations, UAT, and internal enablement/training. Provide ongoing updates, documentation, and risk management for stakeholders.
