Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for TallyPrime Sales and Support based in Hosur. The role includes assisting clients with software sales, managing customer inquiries, providing technical support, conducting product training, and implementing customized Tally solutions. The candidate will also handle end-to-end Tally implementations, data migration, and ensuring seamless integration with business workflows while providing excellent customer service and guidance.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to handle client interactions and build lasting relationships
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management, especially related to software sales and licensing
- Proficiency in providing Training for end-users, ensuring efficient use of TallyPrime solutions
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure effective implementation of solutions
- Knowledge of ERP systems or accounting tools like TallyPrime is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with relevant experience in software sales or technical support
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach in resolving client issues
