Role Description
We are looking for a Tally Sales and Support Executive (Fresher applicants are welcome) to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India. The role involves assisting clients with Tally software-related inquiries, providing training, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will handle customer queries, deliver product demonstrations, and ensure seamless integration of Tally solutions for clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact and resolve client issues
- Sales and Sales Management skills to drive business growth and achieve targets
- Training skills to onboard users and provide clear, effective instructions for Tally software usage
- Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of Tally software is preferred but not mandatory
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Hindi is an added advantage
- Graduate degree or equivalent professional education is preferred
