Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Tally Prime with GST & Advanced Excel Trainer who can conduct sessions in Marathi and English and prepare complete training content (PPTs, assignments, practice files, case studies, dashboards, etc.). The trainer should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Details:
- Location: Aundh (Work from Office)
- Role Type: Full-Time
- Medium of Instruction: Marathi + English
Training & Delivery:
- Conduct Basic to Advanced training on Tally Prime with GST and Advanced Excel
- Train students using real-time business scenarios and practical simulations
- Deliver sessions in simple, easy-to-understand language
- Conduct assignments, case studies, MIS projects, and dashboards
- Handle student queries, assessments, and 1:1 doubt-clearing
- Prepare practice data, GST case studies, MIS datasets, and assignments
Academic Coordination:
- Coordinate with Academic and Operations teams
- Follow academic SOPs for training and recording
- Share regular updates on batch progress and content development
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging content for Tally Prime with GST and Advanced Excel
- Prepare hands-on exercises, dashboards, GST entries, and analysis reports
- Conduct interactive live sessions and provide timely feedback
- Support learners in applying Tally, GST, and Excel skills in real business scenarios
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant industry and training experience
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, GST workflows, and Advanced Excel tools
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly in Marathi and English
- Prior teaching or corporate training experience preferred
