Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Tally & MIS Executive to manage accounting data, generate reports, and ensure accurate financial records through proper reconciliation and auditing.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update accounts in Tally
- Generate financial reports, MIS reports, and summaries
- Prepare and manage debtors & creditors reports
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation
- Conduct stock audits and inventory reconciliation
- Ensure accuracy of entries, vouchers, and accounting data
- Support monthly closing and reporting processes
- Identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy and corrections
- Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting
- 2–4 years of experience in Tally and accounting roles
- Strong working knowledge of Tally (with GST)
- Good understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation
- Proficiency in Excel for reporting and analysis
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Good to Have
- Experience in inventory-heavy businesses (pipes, construction, manufacturing)
- Knowledge of basic taxation (GST, TDS)
