Role: Senior Legal Counsel

They are looking for a passionate and business-oriented Senior Legal Counsel to provide ongoing legal support across the company’s business operations, corporate matters, and global commercial activities. - How will you make an impact?
- Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including software licensing agreements, partner agreements, professional services agreements, and SaaS agreements.
- Provide legal support on corporate and ongoing business matters related to the company and its global subsidiaries.
- Support the continuous improvement of standard agreements, legal playbooks, and internal legal processes.
- What is needed to succeed?
- 5+ years of relevant experience with a software/SaaS company – MUST.
- Strong experience in SaaS agreements and data protection laws – MUST.
- Native-level written and spoken English communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, business-oriented, and result-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work across different time zones when required.
