Advanced degree (minimum Master's) in Data Science or Advanced Computer Science, coupled with industry exposure; a PhD is good to have. • Hands-on experience in software and data science delivery is a must. • Strong working experience with business and client-impact-facing work, including non-data science lab/model environments. B. Work Experience • Minimum 14–18 years of experience in commercial roles. • Hands-on experience in implementation of data science and information technology solutions in the real business world. • Knowledge of foundations of data science and machine learning, as well as programming, with depth required as appropriate. • Hands-on delivery experience in a portfolio. • Strong exposure to IT/IT infrastructure/data infrastructure is critical for ensuring delivery. • Exposure to industry and large corporate domains is preferred. • Well-connected in the industry.
