About the Role
We're looking for a highly organized and strategic Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across our Product & Engineering teams. In this role, you'll drive execution from planning through release, ensuring alignment, accountability, and delivery across multiple stakeholders. You'll be the connective tissue that turns strategy into action, managing programs that accelerate product delivery, improve operational efficiency, and reduce delivery risk.
Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end program management for key product and platform initiatives — from roadmap alignment through release
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, QA, and cross-functional teams to scope projects, define milestones, and track progress
Build and maintain operating cadences such as planning sessions, status reviews, and retrospectives to ensure visibility and execution
Identify and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs across teams
Ensure readiness for releases through coordination of QA, documentation, support enablement, and stakeholder communication
Drive continuous improvement in product delivery processes, tooling, and team operations
Provide clear reporting and program insights to leadership, escalating issues and blockers early
Act as a strategic thought partner to team leads, helping translate vision into actionable plans
Qualifications
5–8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Product Operations, or a related role within a SaaS or tech environment
Strong understanding of agile development practices and SDLC
Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams
Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable with ambiguity, change, and fast-paced environments
Experience with program tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Confluence, Smartsheet)
Technical background or familiarity with engineering concepts is a strong plus
Nice to Have
Experience working with globally distributed teams
Background in release management or product operations
PMP, Scrum, or Agile certification
