We are seeking a skilled ML Engineer to design, develop, and implement machine learning models and pipelines. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intelligent systems that drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models to solve real-world problems.
- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
- Build and maintain ML pipelines and workflows for data preprocessing, training, and inference.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to identify AI-driven solutions.
- Monitor and fine-tune deployed models to ensure continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
- Proficiency in building and deploying models using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Solid understanding of algorithms, statistics, and data structures.
- Experience with MLOps tools for versioning, deployment, and monitoring models.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
- Experience in working with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
- Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning techniques.
