We are seeking a skilled ML Engineer to design, develop, and implement machine learning models and pipelines. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intelligent systems that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models to solve real-world problems.
  2. Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
  3. Build and maintain ML pipelines and workflows for data preprocessing, training, and inference.
  4. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to identify AI-driven solutions.
  5. Monitor and fine-tune deployed models to ensure continuous improvement.
  6. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies.

Required Skills & Experience:

  1. Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  2. Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
  3. Proficiency in building and deploying models using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  4. Solid understanding of algorithms, statistics, and data structures.
  5. Experience with MLOps tools for versioning, deployment, and monitoring models.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
  2. Experience in working with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
  3. Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning techniques.
