We are seeking a visionary Head of AI to spearhead our AI strategy and development efforts. This is a leadership role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on technical expertise. You will guide our AI initiatives, manage a talented team, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define and execute the AI strategy to align with company goals.
2. Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI models and systems to solve complex problems.
3. Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from ideation to production.
4. Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing AI team.
5. Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure we leverage the latest advancements in AI.
6. Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify and implement AI-driven opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience:

1. Proven experience in leading AI/ML teams and delivering scalable AI solutions.
2. Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, or computer vision.
3. Proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
4. Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and scalable AI infrastructure.
5. Ability to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.
6. Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Ph.D. or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.
2. Experience in startups or high-growth environments.
3. Published research papers or patents in AI/ML fields.
