Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Talents Manager - Influencer Marketing. The Talents Manager will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and cultivating relationships with influencers across diverse niches. Key responsibilities include negotiating contracts, overseeing influencer partnerships, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring timely content delivery. The role also involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to align influencer strategies with broader marketing objectives. Candidates will be expected to stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to drive innovation in influencer campaigns.
