We're on the lookout for a Python + AI Developer who's passionate about building innovative AI solutions. If you've got strong hands-on Python skills, know how to develop cross-platform software, and have a keen interest in AI, cloud platforms, and security, we think you'll be a perfect fit! What You'll Be Doing: - Develop and maintain the cutting-edge platform that drives the future of the AI Agent stack. - Contribute to the innovation of the next-generation AI Agent stack by leveraging open-source technologies such as LangChain. - Drive outcomes from customer need to customer value in production. - Keep our product secure by following and reacting to CVE findings using tools such as GitHub security scanner, Black Duck, and common virus scanner tooling. - Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our products. To be successful in this role, you should have: Qualification: BE/BTech in any branch from IIT, NIT, BITS, VJTI, COEP, or other top institutes in India. Experience: 5 to 7 Years of relevant experience. Tech Skills: - Proven track record of developing cross-platform software. - Hands-on expertise in Python. - Understanding of software deployment and distribution systems (e.g., npm, Homebrew, Chocolatey, CI/CD systems, PyPI, Conda). - Experience with cloud platforms and containerization (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes). - Strong understanding of software security practices and tools. Good to Have Skills: - Experience building AI agents. - Familiarity with React and TypeScript (bonus). - Knowledge of security, governance, and enterprise compliance. - Knowledge of developing and deploying for the Windows platform. - Passion for creating good developer experience and documentation. Soft Skills: - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment - Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a distributed team. - Passion for continuous learning and keeping up with industry trends.
