Senior EDI Engineer

Talent500 is looking for a Senior EDI Engineer to join our team. As a Senior EDI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) solutions to facilitate seamless data exchange between our company and our partners. Key responsibilities include: - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for EDI integrations - Design and develop EDI mapping, translation, and workflow solutions using industry-standard protocols and tools - Test and troubleshoot EDI transactions to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery - Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and external partners on EDI-related matters - Stay up-to-date with the latest EDI standards, regulations, and best practices - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvements and automation Qualifications: - 6-10 years of experience in designing and implementing EDI solutions - Proficient in EDI standards such as X12, EDIFACT, and TRADACOMS - Strong understanding of EDI mapping, translation, and workflow tools (e.g., Sterling B2B Integrator, SEEBURGER BIS, Oracle B2B) - Familiarity with web services, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
