About the RoleWe are seeking a highly driven and experienced
Talent Specialist to join our People function. This pivotal role will be responsible for building an A-team across leadership and lateral hiring as we scale rapidly.
You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on attracting, assessing, and securing top-tier talent aligned with our mission and high-performance culture. You will have one team member reporting to you, focusing on lateral and leadership hiring efforts.
You will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition and be based in Kurla, Mumbai.
What You’ll Own
1. Strategic Talent Acquisition & A-Team Building- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company’s aggressive 10X growth plans and vision for an “A-team.”
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for critical leadership and lateral roles across functions (Clinical, Operations, Tech, Marketing, Sales, Business Development, etc.).
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand talent needs, refine job descriptions, and build strong candidate profiles.
- Proactively identify and engage passive top-tier talent through innovative sourcing strategies.
2. Candidate Sourcing & Engagement- Implement diverse sourcing strategies including professional networks, social media, industry events, and internal referrals.
- Build a strong pipeline of A-players.
- Develop compelling employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.
3. Assessment & Selection Excellence- Design and implement rigorous and effective assessment methodologies (interviews, case studies, technical assessments, psychometric tools).
- Train and coach hiring managers on best practices and unbiased evaluation.
- Lead offer negotiations and ensure competitive compensation structures.
4. Process Optimization & Data-Driven Insights- Continuously optimize recruitment processes, tools, and systems (ATS, CRM).
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and conversion rates.
- Provide data-driven insights and reports to leadership on hiring performance and talent trends.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration & Employer Branding- Collaborate with hiring managers, departmental heads, and leadership teams.
- Partner with Marketing to strengthen employer branding.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and talent market dynamics.
What We’re Looking For
Experience- 3–8 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong focus on leadership and lateral hiring.
- Proven track record of hiring top-tier talent across functions.
- Experience in high-growth environments such as B2C, D2C, healthcare, or tech-enabled startups preferred.
- Strong experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle and talent pipelines.
- Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
Skills & Expertise- Strong interviewing and assessment capabilities.
- Expertise in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM platforms).
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
- Strong understanding of employer branding.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to leverage analytics.
- Proficiency in recruitment technologies and systems.
Education- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree (MBA/MA in HR) or relevant certifications are an added advantage.
