Role Description
This is a remote contract role for a Talent Sourcing Specialist (Construction) supporting recruitment efforts across Canada and the USA. The Specialist will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and engaging qualified candidates for construction-related roles through platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and social channels. The role involves screening candidates, maintaining structured pipelines using ATS/CRM systems, and ensuring timely submission of candidates within defined timelines (48–72 hours). The position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can operate effectively in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and online platforms
- Apply Boolean search techniques to identify relevant construction talent
- Screen candidates based on experience, availability, and location
- Maintain and update candidate records in ATS/CRM systems
- Build and manage talent pipelines for ongoing construction hiring needs
- Ensure submission of qualified candidates within 48–72 hours

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition
- Proven experience in construction or skilled trades recruitment
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal — mandatory)
- Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed)
- Excellent research and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
- Familiarity with international recruitment (Canada/USA markets) is an advantage
- A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset
Compensation
This role offers performance-based compensation with commission incentives. Typical monthly earnings for active contributors range between ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 INR, with an initial commission structure aligned at approximately 5% per successful placement.
Commission will be paid upon final selection of the candidate by the client.
A standard 60-day replacement/guarantee period applies; commission is subject to successful completion of this period.
