Role Description
This is a part-time, remote position for a Talent Sourcing Intern. As an intern, you will support the talent acquisition process by sourcing candidates, analyzing industry trends, assisting with procurement strategies, and engaging with potential hires. Day-to-day tasks include conducting research, identifying qualified candidates, managing communications, and maintaining accurate recruitment records.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Research skills for understanding market trends and evaluating candidate pools.
- Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal, to engage with potential candidates and team members effectively.
- Experience or knowledge in Recruiting and Talent Acquisition practices.
- Familiarity with basic Contract Negotiation and Procurement processes.
- Proficiency in using sourcing platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and related technologies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
