We are seeking experienced, self-driven recruiters based in India to join us as Talent Sourcing Consultants, supporting hiring for US-based requirements across IT and technical roles.
This is a fully remote, commission-based opportunity ideal for recruiters or sourcers with strong candidate outreach and sourcing skills.
🔹 Job Summary:
As a US IT recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and engaging qualified technical professionals for open positions with our client firms in the United States.
This role is perfect for recruiters who are entrepreneurial, results-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-based compensation structure.
🔹 Responsibilities:
- Source and identify qualified candidates for US-based job requirements
- Utilise platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and sourcing tools
- Screen candidates against client requirements and job fit
- Coordinate with the recruitment team throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a strong pipeline of active candidates
- Ensure timely submissions and high-quality candidate delivery
🔹 Requirements:
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent sourcing for US requirements
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruiting platforms
- Experience with IT/technical roles is preferred
- Experience hiring for startup and growth-stage (Series A/B/C) clients is a plus
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Highly motivated and target-driven mindset
- Comfortable working in a commission-based role
